Payment processing and PCI
We accept payments through WooCommerce with Authorize.Net as our processor. The payment form renders on our domain and card data is sent directly and securely to Authorize.Net. We do not store, process, or transmit card numbers on our systems. Authorize.Net is responsible for cardholder data security on its systems.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies run to make the site work. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after consent in the EEA and the UK. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie Settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We do not use session replay. We do not record payment fields.
Selling or sharing data for targeted ads
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy, display Your Privacy Choices, and honor opt out requests and GPC.
How we share information
Service providers for hosting, security, email, analytics, payments, and customer support. They act on our instructions and do not use data for their own purposes.

Project records, for the life of the client relationship, then six years for accounting and legal needs. Marketing contacts, until you opt out or after two years of inactivity. Server logs and analytics, per vendor defaults and legal limits, shortened where possible. After these periods, we delete or anonymize data.
Your rights for California residents
- Right to know, delete, and correct.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing if that ever applies.
- Right to non-discrimination.
We confirm receipt in 10 business days and respond in 45 days. We extend once if needed and we explain why.
Your rights for EEA, UK and Swiss residents
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. We respond in one month. We extend up to three months for complex requests and we explain why. You can lodge a complaint with your regulator.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected]. Tell us the request type and the email you used with us. We verify your identity before we complete a request. We confirm by email and include a ticket ID. We keep a record of requests we complete.
Email communications
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our physical address. We honor opt outs within 10 business days. We track opens and clicks where law allows and after consent where required.
Security
We use TLS for traffic, a web firewall, access controls, least privilege, logging, updates to core and plugins, HSTS, and Content Security Policy on payment start pages. No system is perfect. We work to reduce risk. If a breach affects your personal information, we follow applicable laws. For GDPR we notify the regulator where required, and affected users when risk is high.
Children
We do not target this site to children under 13. If a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Project agreements done through kulturekonnect.com control refunds. If a refund applies, we submit it through Authorize.Net.

We post updates on this page and update the date above. For significant changes we post a notice on the site or send an email.
