Your Privacy Choices

Purpose

Use this page to exercise privacy rights. We built this for California law. We also honor similar rights from other states where required.

What you can request

• Access: A report on categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you. 
• Deletion: Removal of information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. 
• Correction. Fix inaccurate information we hold about you.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: If we ever sell or share data for cross context behavioral advertising, you can opt out at any time. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals.
• Limit use of sensitive information: We do not seek sensitive information. If we ever handle it, you can limit its use.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected]. Provide your name, the email you used with us, and the type of request.

How we verify

We send a one time code to the email you provided. For deletion we ask for one extra data point we already hold, for example a phone number on a past invoice. If an authorized agent submits a request, we ask for proof of authority and proof you gave that authority.

Timelines

We confirm receipt in 10 business days. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time due to complexity, we extend once and explain why.

Appeals

If you disagree with our response under another state’s law that requires an appeal process, reply to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject. We review within 45 days and send a final decision.

Non discrimination

We do not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

We do not target children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information here, email us and we will delete it.
